Our People

Since the launch of the first franchised clinic in 2011, our Franchise Founder and Managing Director Deb Farnworth-Wood has established a highly skilled and passionate senior management team. Our Franchisor team consists of specialists, including but not limited to:

  • General Manager;
  • Medical Department, including Medical Director, Medical Advisors and Triage Nurse;
  • Marketing Department with National Marketing Director, Creative Manager, Digital and Communications Manager and PR consultants;
  • Call Centre / Customer Support departments;
  • Training and Development department including national Training Managers, a national training team consisting of multiple laser and dermal trainers, and a training support team;
  • An Aesthetic Academy encompassing all new clinic training, franchisee training, technician and injector training, on both an initial and ongoing basis;
  • Operations department of Business Development Managers located in each state;
  • In-house Legal Counsel;
